Kevin provided me with guidance and advice on long term solutions that would help minimize these incidents happening again and within a few days, they had installed a new metal roof on my home. The 2 teams that came out ensured everything was installed properly and did so in a timely manner. Kevin communicated everything throughout the process and provided great customer service, and when I had any concerns he was there to answer any questions I had.
