Confusing text messages . The left hand does know what the right hand is doing .

Apologies that you were not happy with your experience. There was an agreed upon deposit paid in order to create a custom countertop in the colour of your choosing. After this counter was created you mentioned deciding on a new colour to which we agreed on creating after working with our suppliers at no cost. After building a second custom top you mention no longer wanting the countertop or work to completed. Please do reach out directly anytime if you would like to discuss further.
