Demar and the team came recommended by friends and family. A reasonable quote provided after a detailed conversation and clarity on the work. Demar was clear on what was achievable and what was not reasonable or doable and we appreciated his knowledge and experience.
When it came time for the actual work, it was just amazing the way the team went about their business. He has his core team as well as sub contractors for specific work such as electrical, taping, mudding etc.
They did an amazing job throughout. There were multiple occasions where we thought Demar's team went beyond our expectations. The shower tiles and niche were just superb. The fireplace looks beautiful. Our kitchenette looks wonderful.
To top it off, extremely respectful people who love what they do and care about their work. We have recommended them to family and friends and we know plenty of people who have had similarly wonderful experiences with the team.
