Pchs Appliance Repair

Came twice to attempt fixing our dishwasher. Asked for payment of parts and labour up front saying they need the payment to purchase the part. Couldn’t fix it and said full refund will come. Never did. Did not reply to phone calls, messages, text messages. We are over $500 out, but a clear conscience is worth wayyyyyy more than any amount of money. Not worth my emotion, time, and energy to run after this. Just want to make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
