Igor was very clear on exactly what to expect with the installation and answered all of my questions up front. The door and windows look great. I have an older house so there were some challenges with the trim. I told Igor not to worry about it, but he insisted and had the installer return for a touch up to ensure I was 100% satisfied. Thanks.
