Jose finished our basement for us within our budget and his prices were reasonable. We came up with the layout of the basement and he executed our ideas and brought it to life. Basement isn't dark and dingy looking anymore. Loved the way it turned out. We had a laundry room, 3 peice washroom, and living area finished. Their were a few minor things that we needed fixed but Jose fixed it. Overall we would recommend. It was around 26k plus all our finishes such as vanity, flooring, mirror etc.

We started with basement renovation. Jose finished it up within the time agreed upon and did an excellent job. Then we asked Jose to fix both the bathrooms too. Jose is very friendly and he listened to our requirements and did the work accordingly. He also made sure to suggest good ideas. We are really happy with the outcome.

Jose was great to work with from the start! He's well spoken and commuicates throughout the entire project. He was clear with his estimate and scope of work. He worked well around our family and our schedule to ensure he could complete the project for us. At the end he made sure to fix a few minor deficiencies (minor touch ups) to ensure we were more then satisfied with his work - which we were! I would highly recommend, and I'm actually planning on using his again for another project at our house.

Basement was a dump and was approx 70 years old. Jose did a complete rebuild at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. I highly recommend

Jose provided excellent communication and met our timeline. He always kept us posted on his comings and goings and stayed on budget with only one minor issue. We would have preferred not to have the light switch behind a door, but no resolution was ever offered. Promptly responded to a light issue. We would recommend Jose and would definitely reach out to him for future work. Thank you Jose for making my son's dream come to life.

I was very pleased with his work. Understood everything I wanted for my bathroom and kitchen vision. Would highly recommend him! It’s hard to find honest contractors now and days.

He installed backslash in our kitchen, he is very professional very honest and hard working, I will definately recommend him.
