Yesterday's wind storm brought down the wires and the service stack attached to my house. Although a very busy time for downtown electricians, Jon and his team responded immediately, and knew exactly what steps were needed (arranging for a permit, contacting ESA, Hydro) and got straight to work with the repair. Efficient and knowledgeable, Jon was up front with me that Wave is a new company, but I'm confident in recommending them, and happy to see them succeed.
