Arvin called me within minutes of submitting my request on Homestars to clear a blocked dryer vent. He's very pleasant to talk to and provided me an immediate quote. I hired him, not because he was the cheapest, but because he was immediately available and had good ratings on Homestars. On the day of his scheduled visit, he called me when he knew he was running late with an earlier job. When he arrived, he surveyed the situation and did his best to clean my blocked dryer event. He did work alone, so it took awhile for him to my roof to complete the dryer vent cleaning. I've run two dryer cycles since he's left, and can confirm my dryer vent is no longer blocked, so he did the job. He also advised that I should have my vents replaced to reduce/avoid blockages in the future, because that will be cheaper in the long run than cleaning it so often. I appreciated the advice.

I booked Arvin to clean my ducts and chimney. He was right on time, and finished a little early, which I appreciated. The price was what we had agreed on and the house was spotless even after the chimney cleaning. He had a lovely demeanour and went over all of the costs with me. Very happy with the service.
