I reached out to Local Heating And Cooling regarding my rental property in Waterloo. They were there on the same day and fixed my furnace and my tenant didn't have to be with no heat even for an hour which was really convenient.
They are really easy to communicate with and most importantly very honest and professional.
I recommend them to anyone who needs an amazing HVAC services.

Furnace instalation

I called local heating and cooling regarding my rental property. They were responsive, professional and end up changing my old Furnace on the same day. I was super happy with their way of dealing with everything since I was not around in person. also my tenants were happy with them on the day of the installation.
I definitely recommend them

We have used Sina twice now for a/c install, then again at our new house for an a/c repair. Our a/c stopped working, and when we contacted Sina he was able to come in less than an hour. Fixed unit with parts on hand, very knowledgeable, professional and fair prices. Highly recommend, hands down the best! Thank you again for the excellent service Sina!! Will use again in the future.
