mislead loss of money and time
they were going to build an ADU but are actually small time reno. Ended up full of untruth, untruth on charges, we had designers and engineers who came back to us and had not been paid, our whole house design is not what was intended because Tina has no knowledge of building codes and process. She charged me 6000 dollars for admin fee to get city permit. I guess if you dont know what you are doing, it does take years to get the permit.
THis has effected our whole family and our dream. We wanted to build an ADU for my daughter and granddaughter who is a sickkids child, to have a save and good home. The untruth about everything was enormous and next to loss of monies, wasted time of 2 years of being led advert, the whole process was just horrible.
