The Comfort Xperts

Needed new system for my moms house. Had a few similar quotes, but decided to go with The comfort xperts cause they took the time to sit with me and figure out all my needs. Great guys, great service & the installers were great too. So far very satisfied!

I was referred to these guys by a friend. Ended up replacing my furnace with them. I was very impressed by the whole experience. They were friendly and professional from the get go. They asked me my budget and then found me a great package in my price range. Didn't try to upsell or pressure me. I liked that!! Everything went off exactly as they said it would and the next day it was installed, no problem. The installers were also very good. Frank was my salesguy and not only did he follow up and make sure the installation went well, he even bought us dinner!

Was going to wait for next season to replace our furnace. But called these guys to come check out our system and give us a quote. They offered us a pretty great deal and because we were impressed with their professionalism we decided to go ahead. everything went smooth and the installers were great. Cant recommend enough. They did a great job from the initial phone call they were prompt and offered a free in home estimate. Jerry was very polite and professional with guiding us through the whole process. We had it installed on the weekend and the crew really made sure to protect my floors and left the home clean. Explained how the new nest worked and gave us their direct number if we had any questions or issues. Very pleased Thank You!!
