Jose and his team did an exceptional job painting our home exterior shutters and doors to match the color of our newly installed windows.
They were very meticulous in their work showing great attention to the smallest detail. We are so please with their work that we will have them back to paint our home soffit, eavestrough fascia and downpipe. What a professional, dedicated team of workers! We would recommend them highly!

As a designer and decorator, I was so pleased with how Jose and his team showed the utmost professionalism, respect and skill for both myself and my clients. APV reno did an exceptional job for our whole reno. From day 1, we knew we knew we had hit a jackpot as it was clear the level of professional and quality work we were getting.
They did the whole house painting including 18 doors ( which look stunning), wood trims and chair rails. They removed some doors and left the frames like there was never a door, same with some older wood trims in the staircase; they painted our staircase spindles and risers and the brick fireplace; for the doors they also changed all the hardware (hinges, door knobs). They redid our whole laundry room, wallpapered our powder room, installed light fixtures, changed old receptacles and rod curtains and mirrors. And they also painted our kitchen chairs, some bathroom cabinets and table legs (beautifully!) and they did our air vents matching our wood and ceramic floors.
All was done with an exceptional degree of quality and ensuring our furniture and floors were protected while the work was done. And they were right on time ( 16 days to do the whole makeover!!!)

We recently contracted APV Reno to renovate our laundry room and paint the entire first floor, upper hallway and master bathroom, bedroom and closet (ceiling, crown molding, walls, doors and baseboards). The laundry room renovations included extending the existing upper cabinets to the ceiling, installing wall tiles, installing a new utility sink, a countertop over the washer and dryer and painting. Overall, we are very pleased with the results.
For the painting, Jose and his team covered everything with drop cloths and plastic sheeting and moved furniture away from the wall where needed to make things easier for us. They were efficient, clean and did a great job filling and sanding some areas that needed repair. Their attention to detail and quality of work is great (straight line painting, invisible patching and clean baseboard work). When everything was completed, Jose made sure we were satisfied with the results and was quick to address any minor imperfections to make it all look perfect. The house now looks refreshed and amazing! Thanks Jose and Team!

An overdue powder room and basement drywall repair done very well by Jose and his team.
Jose is professional and communicated clearly including any delays in work. He is flexible and accommodated our requests. He also shows great care and concern for not only the work being done, but for the overall well-being of his client, who in this case was hospitalized during the renovation.

Jose and his team were absolute professionals. My parents needed the main washroom and powder room in the master bedroom both fully renovated (a total top-to-bottom renovation) - partly so that my elderly father can have an easier time showering. Jose mapped out the process, gave us clear instructions, and a timeline and delivered an even better result than we were expecting. On time and on budget during peak renovation season.
