Looked good at that time
Failed Jan 3, 2022 when we discovered stones loose.
Discovered them loose because there was a bit of leakage in the ceiling below.
Contacted Jan 13, 2022 to come take a look. Alex responded the next day that he would come and look. No time was coordinated that would work for him and in the ensuing 2 weeks more stones started to come loose. It's only a matter of time before they all do. Appears that a step was missing in this process otherwise how could it fail in a year. To note, we had been out of the country for 5 months in that year, therefore it was used minimally and still failed.
Alex is refusing to answer any more texts or calls in this time.
This review will change when he comes to his senses and is a man of his word and comes to fix this.
