Wow. I got myself into a bit of a panic after seeing puddles of water downstairs after my daughter's bath. Saw Noel from Hot Rod was local and sent him a message not expecting a quick reply at 9PM in the evening. He answered immediately and offered to get on a call. Over the next 30mins he helped me troubleshoot the problem and even suggested some easy fixes I could do myself. He did not even charge for the service, rarely do you see this kind of generosity and kindness.

Beyond impressed. This is a guy you can trust! Highly recommended, will be back again.

We woke up with water dripping in the basement and not only was Noel pleasant to work with, he made time to come before his day began to solve our issue immediately. Noel was prompt, organized, clean, and reasonably priced. Living in an older home we have dealt with many trades over the years and Noel is one of the best.

A neighbour recommended Hot Rod Drain Service. She said theY were amazing, so I gave them a call. Noel, the owner, was friendly and polite, he put mats down and cleaned and sanitized everything before he left. He fixed a problem that another plumber couldn’t fix and I will definitely use Hot Rod Drain Service again!

As always Noel is professional and friendly. Does great work and cleans up like he was never there. I am so happy we found him. I would recommend his work to anyone. He does a great job only installs good quality product and he is reasonably priced. I didn't post a price because I don't really agree with putting prices on a review. He is reasonably priced and his quality of work is very good. He is well worth what he charges and so are the products he supplies.

Water heater was not working, no warm water in the house. I called Clearview they gave me an estimate of 6000$ to have everything changed. Thankfully i found hot rod drain and Noel! He saved the day and my wallet. I absolutely loved the service I got from this company and especially Noel! He was very friendly but what I appreciated more than his smiling face was his honesty! He told me exactly what I needed and even gave me options all to my best interest! Very reasonable pricing and service was well worth it. I felt very comfortable while he was in my home and I felt I was in good hands!! I am so grateful to have come across his ad. I was looking for Recommendations for a Plumber in my area. I posted a request on Facebook and a lady recommended this business. I texted and in no time a man named Noel replied...I told him what was going on and he was over the next day with his first available appt. He came over and fixed the problem...along with cleaning all the drainage pipes. He was very efficient.. knowledgeable and sanitized the entire work space.I would highly recommend this company.....I would certainly call him again!

I can't say enough good things about Noel and Hot Rod Drain Service. He was highly recommended within the neighbourhood. We had a faulty mixing valve that severely limited the max temp of the hot water in the house. We discussed various options and an hour later the water was flowing nice and hot again. He also took the time to answer questions I had about possible upgrades to our hot water/radiant heat system. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
