Overdue review, Dan initially performed a thorough site inspection and explained all the deficiencies of my rental property. There were mould issues in the bathroom ceiling due to an exhaust fan and lack of insulation which Celluloseman rectified. They performed attic air sealing, installation of rafter ventilation, weather stripping around the hatch, and insulation on the hatch cover.
