My dryer was no longer heating and I reached out to Avi at AJ Appliance Repair. He was very timely in his response and offered some days and times. Gladly I booked him. He was prompt (even early) for the given estimated time of arrival.

In no time, Avi had the dryer apart and asked that I watch his diagnosis explaining how we'll be able to locate the problem. Avi found the problem (a broken heating coil) in no time. He then proceeded to tell me the replacement part price and I approved his quote.

I would fully recommend Avi and AJ Appliance Repair. A locally owned and operated company: Honest, transparent, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Excellent customer service and satisfaction.

2nd time I called AJ for a service and was amazing for both. Very honest, easy to get a hold of, and very professional. 1st time was for dryer - was cheaper to replace. 2nd for dishwasher - knew what the issue was before walking in the door. He was right! Number is saved for the next call!!

Eli came out on a holiday and was efficient, professional and very friendly! He fixed our washing machine without any effort, knew exactly what the problem was. Also educated us on tips and tricks for proper maintenance. Thank Eli!

I am quite late in posting this review as our service call was a while ago.

However, definitely want to share that Avi absolutely awesome!
Super friendly! Super professional and knowledgeable!

He took a look at our fridge, which was not keeping consistent temperature, was able to determine the problem and returned with a part a couple days later and all has been well since.

FYI my husband paid for the service so I am not sure of the correct amount. I just put a number in because it would not let me post without a number.

We will be calling him for a washing machine issue with full confidence that he will be fair and will be able to help us! HIGHLY recommend!

My son referred me to AJ after he was very pleased with his dryer repairit was a Sunday afternoon I submitted my on-line request for my Bosch dishwasher leaking water on my wood floor. AJ responded on Sunday afternoon to book my diagnostic service call the next day!! Wow, that was amazing! AJs knowledge and professional, friendly manner with detailed explanation sold me further and he had the part on his truck.
