What a disaster. We met with Troy and signed a contract for all the work to be done, and once they had our money we never heard from Troy again. The first sub-contractor quit suddenly and took his bin (minus the garbage which was dumped in our driveway). The second guy worked alone for days to finish what we were told was a simple job. I spent more time cleaning up debris from my yard, the neighbours yards, and attic than he did putting the new roof on. We were assured the dips in the roof would be repaired. They weren't. We asked for extra sheets of plywood to be put in the attic. They weren't. The flashing is uneven. The cap pieces are not well done. Once the second bin was gone the bin company came knocking, asking to be paid. That wasn't part of the contract. They threatened to put a lien on my house. That was the only time I talked to Levi. Otherwise we dealt with the guy in the office who seemed embarrassed that his colleagues were so inept and useless. What a farce from beginning to end. Still remember Troy showing us the $200 kickback if we managed to trick a friend into using their company. Complete and total garbage.

Very reliable, honest, quick responses , Came to our house and got the job done in a timely fashion , I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof , or any construction related work . We did not feel pressured into anything .

Put unskilled trades on the work - . Requested multiple deadline extensions - a three week project starting in October turned into a three month ordeal. Eventually abandoned the contract in writing, in December. Costed around $6,000 for another contractor to come in and repair their work and to get the job done right. Photos are some of the work their trades tried to get away with.

My inlaws provided a deposit of $2500 to have their roof re-done by Sunset Roofing and Construction. They set a date as to when the roof was to be completed but did not show up. We reached out for clarification as to why they didn't arrive and they said that they were finishing up some other jobs and that our roof was pushed to a few weeks later. My In-laws said 'No problem' and assumed they wouldn't miss the next day. Well the day came, and they never showed. When we inquired why the delay, they said they had us on a different weekend and that we must have heard incorrectly. It was scheduled for the following week but sure enough, they never showed up. During this time, not once did they call to let us know that the project was delayed and they would not be arriving. Each time I spoke with owner Levi, he always gave us some sort of excuse. After this time, we decided it would be best to cancel the job and move onto another vendor. Levi insisted that he would have their deposit of $2500 refunded to them but here we are almost 8 weeks later and while he promises EVERY WEEK that we will have a refund, has yet to return the deposit to my elderly in-laws. Every week is has been some other excuse that he has to wait for product to be refunded or is waiting on another job or that his business is struggling and that he has to wait longer. I am not sure why my in-laws need to be out $2500 because he cannot manage his business properly. We were patient and kind and all we wanted was for them to get their refund back to be able to move on. Levi has STILL not returned the money and caused so much unnecessary stress to my eldery in-laws and its absolutely unacceptable. I absolutely DO NOT recommend using this company for any of your roofing needs.
