I hate, in fact, never write reviews, but I need to protect future clients from similar damage by an incompetence: technician twice attempted to replace the fill pump in the toilet tank; without success . A simple enough operation. It took Kevin form Grizzly plumbers 20 minutes and another $250.
This was the less costly mistake: the technician (do not want to shame him publicly) also attempted to re-attach the pull up stop at the back of the sink. In the process ( I was not looking, but heard an electric saw working in the bathroom) he broke the porcelain sink , which will cost between $700-1000 to replace.
Calls to company were t returned. My repeated complaints demand of a refund and compensation did not lead to any action.
