Clean vent and fix the vent on back of dryer

My dryer stopped working after telling me the vent was clogged. Tried to clean ourselves but could only access part of vent. James was able to clean vent and also put new end on the outside vent and made a new vent for back of my dryer. He also put cage on the bathroom vent. My dryer vent is about 9 meters from ground
James was punctual and he explained everything he was doing. Job well done.
