When I got down to John's contact and gave him a shout, he replied in a few short hours. He came the next day to assess the repair and within a couple of days everything was fixed. We needed to get our gas line replaced because the previous one was running through the return duct. We had many different professionals come look and say they couldn’t do it because it was a complete basement so it would be a lot of labour and take a lot of time. John and his team figured out the best way to run the line within 20 mins and completed the job within 2.5 hrs. John was very informative, polite, explained any questions and even texted the next day to make sure everything was running fine. Great customer service and great workmanship goes a long way. I called in the middle of the day asking for an urgent repair for my tankless water heater. John right away arranged time and visited in the afternoon. He performed an excellent job on investigating and repairing the water heater. At the same time, he gave plenty good advice on how to maintain the heater and flushed the pipe for me. At the end, he also threw in some checks on my furnace and humidifier. Found some issues there and suggested me some solutions. Very thorough service with good info.

Sarman Air was pretty professional taking care of my heating problems at home, they serviced and optimized my furnace and gave me instructions on how to maintain it in that way. Would definitely call them again in the summer for my air conditioner as they promised me a nice deal.

I heard some noise in my recently installed furnace, I called John and he showed up in two hours, he inspected the unit and found that unit has no problem, in fact my filter was clogged, and I should have replaced it earlier. He granted his warranty although there was nothing wrong with the unit. He kindly didn't charge me. Very happy with the quality of service and fast response time.

My unit in DT had issues with heating and cooling of aircon. It used to be incredibly hot sometimes and sometimes freezing cold. I was quite annoyed with this happening on a daily basis. John from Sarman Air Inc however came to my rescue. He meticulously evaluated the entire system, analysed it thoroughly and v correctly identified the cause and magically fixed this problem ..
I was v happy with the service provided. He took care to keep a check for a few days after repair to message me and get the feedback about how was the unit doing and if I had any complaints for him to address.
