I needed a natural gas BBQ hooked up and they were very fast and responsive

We needed our gas line capped in the kitchen as we were replacing our gas stove. John was able to come by within our timelines to perform this before our new range arrived and also combined a furnace check-up at the same time. He was very thorough and professional doing both. After our new range arrived we realised the gas pipe would not clear the back base of the range and John was able to come out again on short notice to remove the pipe completely. We highly recommend John's services and have found our new go-to person for gas work after our last person retired!

Gréât service. Wanted a new hot water thank. Easy to reach, came to home to evaluate and provided a quote within 3 days. Professional and polite. Prices were competitive with three other quotes I received. The technicians came within 24 hours of paying the deposit. They were very professional and polite. It was a tight space and a little complicated due to other piping in the area and the tight fit. They took their time and didn’t lose their cool and did a great job. They explained everything to me as they were doing it. They removed the old tank and boxes. John contacted me shortly thereafter to ensure all went okay.

John was at my home within a few hours of me making my call for service; it was not an emergency. He completed the check-ups of my furnace and humidifier quickly and at the same time replaced the furnace filter and humidifier wick with spares I had on-hand. I was very pleased with both John's professionalism and his work and plan to have him return in the spring to perform a maintenance check of my central air conditioning system.

John cleaned and serviced two gas fireplaces, replaced a dead remote unit and cleaned the glass like it had never been cleaned before with a polish. In the past the glass has fogged up very quickly after using our fireplaces a couple of times. This time it is still gleaming.

After diagnosing a furnace failure they were successfully able to supply and install a new furnace the very next day. They work hard to fit the new furnace into a very tight space.
