What I loved the most, aside from his high quality work, was that Justin didn't try to upsell me on a new furnace. I also liked that he was a technician, not a salesman. He knew what to look for in putting together his quote, and when he showed up (early) he was fast and professional. He's now our go-to guy for all future HVAC needs.

Lendrix was awesome! The install took about a day but the air conditioner works flawlessly and there were no damages during installation. Justin and Krystle were very knowledgeable and the finished product was exactly what they said it would be. I would absolutely recommend Lendrix HVAC to my friends.

Very fast at installing and thorough in explaining how the AC unit and thermostats work. I would have liked the AC unit a little further back to give us more space and not in the way of our hose, but overall we're satisfied with the work and the AC unit that was recommended to us! We are really happy with the install of AC by Lendrix HVAC Services, owner Justin. He took the time to give us a quote and explain the comparisons of all the different models of AC. He helped us pick one that was suitable to our lifestyle especially with one of us working from home. He advised us it was possible to put the AC unit opposite side our furnace room as we wanted the AC unit hidden on the opposite side of our backyard entrance. We were so happy this was possible. We upgraded our unit to the Elite EL16XC1 16 Seer. Amazing and reasonable price he quoted us. Justin was early to our appointment and he completed the install in a timely manner. The inside of our basement was clean and the install outside was done neatly. He took the time after to go explain how to use it. He also dropped everything the next morning to come back to help us as we were having troubles turning it back on the next which was user error. We highly recommend Justin and his company. Thank you Justin!!! We love our AC!!!
