Great team & subs. All the work was done in a reasonable time, tiler & main carpenter = 10 out of 10. Any issues or concerns were worked through fairly. These guys take care of their clients. If you need a great job without breaking the bank, talk to Keino. These guys are my go to team.

Upon purchasing an older model home, Keino and the DEH team reawoke the halo of the house, just by redoing the bathroom. Through gutting and renewing the insulation, to brand new, all matching faucets, i was in awe of the exquisit nature of work being done. The color contrast through paint and textural design all feeds into a renewed feeling from the old attire of the house; just by having the bathroom remodeled.

My deck project wasnt a regular deck, I have to say. It was a very challenging access to the roof where the project took place (teardown, getting material there and the build it self). Keino and his crew were laser focus, always on time and finished the project promptly to have the event in the bran new deck. Thank you D.E.H Inc..

I had a fantastic experience with this D. E. H. Inc. The team was punctual, efficient, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.

I hired Keino and DEH to complete a small office renovation. The scope of the work had to be reduced soon into the project when we realized that a city permit was required to install a room dividing partition in one office (the fact that he did not know this before should have been the first red flag). The only time he moved with any haste was chasing me to collect the initial deposit. After that, thw work slowed down significantly with days where no one was on site. It took 4 men three days to paint a 700sf office. Keino constantly failed to follow instructions, had to be reminded repeatedly of information previously provided, has extremely poor communication skills and eventually abandoned the job half of the way in, despite being paid for the job, claiming that he had to move on to other projects. I would not recommend him or his company to anyone. I have had to find a new contractor to complete the abandoned job

Our ensuite bathroom was long overdue for a renovation. Much of it was original builder and had seriously deteriorated.

We contacted Keino at D.E.H. Contracting through a neighbor to help us do a complete renovation. It was a short notice renovation as we were experiencing leaks in our laundry room below.

Keino and his team were able to complete the renovation in just under 6 weeks. Given we werent prepared with any design or color scheme, the team helped guide us with our selections and point us to suppliers that had the styles we were looking for.

The only one hiccup with the job was the glass supplier that took longer than expected.

Overall Keino and his team were professional and great to deal with. We are already considering using this company for a backyard renovation.

Keio reno our powder room. Corrected a plumbing issue in our main bathroom and installed a new toilet and light. We found them to be a joy around we had them put in a new laundry room as well.

This has to be our 3rd or 4th time getting Keino and his team to work on our house. We needed a paint and patch done on 2 different floors and it was professionally done, walls, hallways, doors and entryways, from the care they took to protect flooring to the clean up afterwards. Our contrasting two tones came out looking good as new throughout the home. We have already gotten so many compliments. Great job, and see you on the next project.

I got in touch with Keino after looking at my access the street neighbor's basement that he and his team had finished.
He was very upfront in all initial assessments, clearly calling out things that may come up as surprise, specially with the washroom rough-ins that previous owners had attempted to finish (decades ago).
I loved the additional space that they created, the finish, the custom shelving in the cabinet and for the small nook that we had between washroom and the laundry and never complained at any our 'can you please add.....this/ that' requests.
Overall was a very hassle free experience working with Keino and his team - David/ Shawn/ and the entire crew.
Not to mention that every day, while construction was going on, they cleaned the entire basement and stairs, far cleaner than we ever did.

I have recommended Keino and his company to several others since, and many have contracted with him, and, honestly, all are very happy with his work and finish.
