Keio reno our powder room. Corrected a plumbing issue in our main bathroom and installed a new toilet and light. We found them to be a joy around we had them put in a new laundry room as well.

This has to be our 3rd or 4th time getting Keino and his team to work on our house. We needed a paint and patch done on 2 different floors and it was professionally done, walls, hallways, doors and entryways, from the care they took to protect flooring to the clean up afterwards. Our contrasting two tones came out looking good as new throughout the home. We have already gotten so many compliments. Great job, and see you on the next project.

I got in touch with Keino after looking at my access the street neighbor's basement that he and his team had finished.
He was very upfront in all initial assessments, clearly calling out things that may come up as surprise, specially with the washroom rough-ins that previous owners had attempted to finish (decades ago).
I loved the additional space that they created, the finish, the custom shelving in the cabinet and for the small nook that we had between washroom and the laundry and never complained at any our 'can you please add.....this/ that' requests.
Overall was a very hassle free experience working with Keino and his team - David/ Shawn/ and the entire crew.
Not to mention that every day, while construction was going on, they cleaned the entire basement and stairs, far cleaner than we ever did.

Keino and his team were recommended by friends that were happy with his work. We started with a small bathroom reno and was thrilled with his work and the whole process.
When it came time to explore a bigger renovation project, we spoke with Keino and he was so helpful. He's got a great design eye and really listened to what our challenges were and came up with great recommendations. He was honest, reliable and the work was great. We've had some bad experiences with contractors before and this was the first time that we were ever able to breath a sigh of relief because we knew that if something came up, he would be transparent about it and he wouldn't leave us high and dry.
There were delays, but this is part of the reality of renovations in general. Contractors, suppliers and stores across the board were all experiencing delays with sourcing and things can take longer than anticipated. At the end of the day, I think that the delays were reasonable and I rather have the piece of mind to know that the work was done well rather than rushed. Keino and his team were always responsive and never just ignored us.

I hired Keino and team for my basement renovation and deck revamp. I am so happy that I hired them because their quality of work is so good. Keino has a skillful team and they can do a perfect job. Plus, they have been very helpful even after the work is complete for any patch work. Thanks to Keino and team.

I hired them (Keino) to re-do the backyard ( take the grass out and replace it partially with concrete, partially with river stones and a garden bed at the very back ), put the fences He was too expensive for the product that he provided and the quality of the work. He used a cheap paint which was not even proxy paint for concrete and it chiped off in less than a year. He got me cheap river rocks, cheap stone slabs. He and his workers were always late. His carpenter made a mess on the my neighbor's fence and caused a fight between my neighbor and I. He was using the back of my backyard (because it's open) as a storage for bins that he was using, as a result neighbors complained to the conservation authority and I've got a waring for it, but Keino was still using the back as a storage, and I had to beg him to stop doing it. Thank God I was working from home that year otherwise I would not have know what was going on on my property. He and his workes made a mess my wall in the bakcyard and the AC. He said promised to clean it up but he didn't. A porject that he promised to finish in 4 week maximum, lasted 5 months. The list goes on and on.

Water seeped from a wall after a winter snowstorm and spoiled the carpet in an upstairs room, then wrinkled the paint on an interior wall in the ground floor. Once my condo corporation had found a contractor, Keino Wilkie made visits, was ready to put in laminate flooring rather than carpet, and made recommendations on the look. His team completed the repairs in a day and a half.
