Bought a Thermador 8 burner stove. The first year we have service calls for both ovens and a burner. Since that time, every year we have service calls for gas oven that doesn't light, a grill that doesn't stay lit and a burner that doesn't light. Service tech are few so the appointment times are at least a week in advance and I have been cancelled twice because the tech is sick and there is no other tech available. waited a month for a special part for the gas burner. my advice to anyone considering Thermidor is DONT EVER BUY A THERMADOR STOVE
