I found Blue Electric through homestars as their reviews were very good. I needed to change a fuse box to a breaker panel, and to change my outdate “sunshine ceiling” to a modern style. I contacted the company for a quote, and Vic came to my house right on time, gave me a quote I was happy with, and agreed on a date to do the work.

Vic and his team showed up on time, and completed the work within the timeframe he promised it would be done. Throughout the work, they were courteous, pleasant, and efficient. Vic answered my many questions with patience and professionalism, and they cleaned up after the job was done.

I would highly recommend this company, and will be using them again.

I hired Blue Electric to install a bathroom fan in my older house which did not have an exhaust fan. They supplied the fan, did the electrical and duct work and installed the fan. They also mentioned that I have an openening in the attic ventilation that could lead to rodents coming in and move the mesh to fix it.
I'd hire them again for other electrical work.

I'm a new homeowner, which is unfortunate because I've now been spoiled for hiring contractors - after working with Vic, anything less than "above-and-beyond" service will be disappointing.

I hired Vic to replace a distribution panel and to install exhaust fans in two bathrooms. He immediately suggested a slight change in panel location that would make it safer, and was also very willing to make a last-minute addition to the work. When there wasn't room in the ceiling for one of the exhaust fans, Vic warned me that he probably wouldn't be able to do it... and then managed to do it anyway. Despite the unexpected hurdle, the final price was exactly as quoted.

I will recommend Vic without hesitation to anyone needing electrical work done.

Vic is a Master Electrician and a true pro. Prompt and courteous communication, he arrived the next day at the planned time. Friendly and polite, he asked questions and made several checks at the electrical panel, the ground, and at the light switch to diagnose quickly and solve the problem. Hired Vic through Homestars to upgrade our existing breaker panels to 200A and to install a car charger in the garage.

From start to finish Vic explained all details & procedures , as to cost , installation etc . Vic & his crew arrived on time & carried out the replacement of the panel in a very professional manner ,so respectful to me & my wife, in fact Vic did another small job for me at no cost! Vince was a pleasure to deal with. Casual but very professional in his approach when dealing with our quote. I had asked for a quote to instalL 2 new lines and at the last minute a ceiling fan install.

Vince brought along Sammy to complete the work. They were very respectful of our home and our situation regarding working from home. They answered all my questions and they kept me informed at the different stages of the installs. Once they completed the project they took a few minutes to adjust my most current DIY project. Vic did a fantastic job on the electrical panel upgrade. He stayed in touch with us while we waited for a date from Hydro 1 to do the job and came in on the day off and was efficient, courteous and professional. He even helped my partner set up some electrical sockets that he was working on as a courtesy. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I have any electrical needs in the house.

Vic and his team were ahhh.maazing!! Courteous, Polite, Punctual, Friendly and Understanding. Vic explained all aspects of the work to me., along with the costs which was reasonable.

They also cleaned up after the job was completed, and they were clean, smelled nice, and very respectful to which I was impressed, and pleased.
