From the very beginning, Shane was responsive, friendly, and highly knowledgeable, and his professionalism remained consistent throughout the entire process. Although our project was small, it was unique, and Shane was able to work with the city to ensure everything was done exactly as needed (a process that weve learned, demands significant patience and time). His team, including Austin and Enzo, kept us well-informed at every stage and always followed through on their commitments.
