I was impressed from the start. He came on time to do the quote, which he sent in 24 hours. Was always available. The crew showed up on time, were friendly and worked hard. They did a beautiful flag stone patio and cleaned up everything. I have never had such a positive experience with a contractor. I just hope he will have time to do another job for me!

Received a revised quote on a job.

I had to follow up numerous times over the course of three weeks to get additional information confirmed and discuss plans.

Then told their boss said they needed to revise the quote because they weren't making enough $ on the job with the rising costs of lumber and would not honor original quote.

Managing Director didn't even have the courtesy of calling me back, instead just hid behind a text message, saying they would not honor the quote. 4 weeks after I initially got in touch with him.

Happy to share any and all details/texts with anyone thinking of wasting their time with this company.

I hired Avanti to replace my asphalt driveway with interlock and to replace some old worn out fencing. Needed a new fence and cement repair. They were quick to respond for a quote. It was difficult to connect w/someone after that for Q&A, to schedule the job, and even to make payments. Marcos and his crew were very friendly and kept the site clean. The finished product was good.
