This is probably the first time that I’m glad to receive a request to pass on my comments about a purchase that I made or service that I was provided with. Just want to share my sincere respect and appreciation to the crew from the Drain King and for the job that they did in my basement in the last 2-3 weeks (complete replacement of the sewer and water line form the main stack in the basement until property line).
I’m especially pleased with their Project manager Jason, who handled my case. Jason won my trust on our first contact. I’ve considered a few other companies for the job, but after speaking to Jason I did not have any reservations or doubts, and we went straight into the execution of the project.
Jason handled everything from the initiation of the job until its completion. He was on the site every day to follow up with the crew and to call me to provide regular day-to-day updates. I’m extremely happy with Jason’s support and the job that Drain King completed at my place. For a homeowner, this was a huge project, but it was a summer breeze thanks to Jason and his team.
