Drain King Plumbers

After explaining our toilet situation and all the trouble shooting we'd already done; ( snaked the drain, adjusted water level and chain), the plumber sent insisted it was a clog that was causing our toilet not to fully flush. He used an auger to try to clear it and poured numerous buckets of water down (they went down with no issue). Stated there was no clog, charged us almost $300 and told us we should get a new toilet and quoted $1400. He could not explain what was different about the new toilet that would fix the issue. He did no other trouble shooting and left the toilet in worse working condition then before. I am fully unsatisfied and when I called to complain I was told a supervisor would call me back and no one has after 1 week and a couple times I tried to follow up. Do not use this company, they don't know what they are doing, will over charge you and provide terrible customer service!
