I had a leak in my ceiling that ended up being from a bathroom upstairs, the contractors couldnt figure out it but the technicians Tyler from Drain King Plumbers were able to find the problem and that wasnt even part of their job responsibility. They took the time to help the contractors find the source and eventually did the plumbing repairs required to fix the ceiling and bathroom. The pricing was very fair and I didnt feel they were trying to make extra money from other plumbing issues. They fixed what was needed and gave me the option of different fixtures to use depending on my budget. It was a great experience from the moment I spoke to Kailee, Kathleen and the entire office staff on the phone. I will be recommending them to my family and friends!
