DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AS THEY HAVE DONE A VERY POOR JOB AND DISTROYED OUR STUCTURAL WALL AND CRACKED IT. THIS WILL COST US $$$ TO BE REPAIRED. I WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT. ALSO, THEY DISTROYED

HUGE MISTAKE IF YOU HIRE THEM. PLEASE BE CAREFUL, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY CUT AND SCRATCHED OUR NEW HARDWOOD FLOORING WHICH HAS BEEN DISTROYED AND IT WILL COST US AT LEAST $8,000.00 TO BE REDONE. THEY MADE A HOLE IN THE STRUCTURAL WALL WHICH ALSO HAD CRACKED, THEN THEY CHANGED THE PLACE OF THE BEAM AS THEY DID NOT CHECK PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION IF THERE WAS A CONCRETE SUPPORT. THIS WILL COST US $$$$$. THEY REFUSED TO DO ANY REPAIRS TO THE DAMAGES THAT THEY MADE TO OUR PROPERTY. I PAID THEM $2,260.00 BY E-TRANSFER AND THE REST $7,750 CASH AND THEY DON'T RECOGNIZE THAT I PAID THEM THIS MONEY.

We hired Bene Renos almost a year ago and found them very trustworthy and reliable from the first moment. Matt came to our home, took the measurements and provide us with a free existing layout drawing and then asked us about the changes we would like to do. Then, after our approval of new design, he provide us with a cost estimate, we signed a contract and the job started. They worked so hard and really tried to make us satisfied. Although we did some changes in our project, they made changes very smoothly and without hesitation. After almost 30 days, the job was almost complete but we asked them to renovate our second floor too and it took about 10 more days to get it fully done.
The result was fantastic and we love our new home with all new open concept design.
After about 6 months of their job, I found that one of the plugs in my backyard doesn’t work so I called them and they showed up after 2-3 days and fix it.

I am very happy with their service, attitude and hardworking. They don’t do cheap work but it’s worth it as they are really professional.

They provided us with an initial drawing from our existing and proposed plan and after signing the contract, they completed all promised services and more in some cases.
A fascinating point was that they fixed as per our request some imperfection, even after 2 weeks they were fully paid.
I will recommend them for sure

We got our main floor renovated by Bene Renos lately. They are so flexible and they did the job exactly as we had asked for. Throughout the renovation, we requested some extra things to be done which were delivered so great by Bene Renos’ guys.
Our house is way more spacious and modern- looking now.
