Great technician Fernando came to my house to install 75 inch tv did a great job after mounting the tv and turning it on we find out the tv was cracked Fernando “calmed” me down right away emptied out his van full of equipment and helped me return the TV. Not only did he go above & beyond my card wouldn’t allow me to purchase the tv in store and he paid on his card and waited for me to pay him back when I got my refund. I am astonished at the kindness Fernando showed me and I am happy I chose to do business with him. THANK YOU !

We were building our house and our builder introduced us to Fernando, the owner of Tech -Connect Solutions. Fernando came to our home during construction and got to know exactly what we were looking for. Fernando put together different options and solutions to choose depending on our budget and took the time to fully explain the options and their associated features and price points. He was easy to communicate with during the entire process and answered all of our questions. Fernando ran all the communication wiring (internet, LAN, telephone), fiber optic, and advised us and installed our home audio / home theatre system. He also put together a solution for and installed our monitored home & fire alarm system as well as the camera system.

I contacted Fernando from another province to install a security doorbell for my elderly aunt. He was excellent! He assured me he would handle the whole installation, from the physical doorbell to the connection to the internet/WIFI to the apps on her phone. I wanted to make sure everything was done as my aunt is not completely tech savvy and I don't live close by to help, Fernando delivered amazingly!! Everything was done and she was happy! He even stayed longer than needed to make sure things were working. I will definitely call him again if my aunt needs any other tech help!!!
