Does not stand by their product/work/warranty

The 5 year warranty is really only a taillight warranty. I paid over $5500 for LED lights on my home and had them fully working for less than 4 months. Since then I've not been able to get support, they ignore calls, texts and facebook messages. Worst investment I've ever made.
