We had a serious problem with an exterior wall that had an occasional water leak. The leak usually associated with unusual weather like high winds, driving rain, etc.

Fast forward several years and we noticed mould developing on the interior of the house along the baseboards of the upper level bedrooms along that exterior wall.

After several inspections and attempted repairs we replaced roof, gable vents, windows, siding, and the problem continued.

Enter Naz and his team. They identified a construction defect that resulted in a flex of the exterior wall that permitted rain entry under some pretty unusual conditions.

The repair included removing siding, sheathing, replacing contaminated studs, and complete rebuild ing the exterior wall on that side of the house. Adding to the complexity was a single story garage with a peaked roof limited access to the wall that needed to be rebuilt.

Naz and his team completed all repairs in the exact manner promised. All work was done professionally, expertly, and on time. Most importantly, work site management was well managed as everything was completed with minimal disruption to a busy household and final clean up was perfect.

We had Naz come and quote on hanging 130 of drywall. He was very polite ad seems that he would work out. He originally thought that he would be done in 2-½ days. Nine days later and he still hadn’t finished but he left anyway. This is the worst job of hanging drywall that I have ever experienced. One week after he ‘finished’, I am still finding glaring problems that I have to correct. We had 23 pot lights throughout the house. He buried four. He marked out the plugs and cut them very nearly but they were about two inches too big and the all had to be patched, everywhere. He buried the hex box for a smoke detector that I had to take down, cut out and rehang. He buried a heat vent in the ceiling. Several joints did not end on a stud or a hoist. When I challenged him about this he said that the sheet just didn’t end on the joist. No thought to cutting the sheet. Several full sheets had a single screw in the middle of the sheet. He used 1-¼ screws on a ceiling where there was ½ drywall over ¾ inch large and plaster (do the math). There were so many HUGE problems and I am still finding more mistakes. Never seen anything like it. Stay away.
