I was advised upon placing the call we had a service vehicle with the keys locked in side. All payment was to be completed via our main office. The costs were confirmed prior to dispatching. I was advised it would be 65.00 to unlock and 15.00 for travel. When the job was completed, my technician said they were requesting over 200.00. When I disputed the charges, he said there was no mention this was a service vehicle and because he had to stand on the roof it was more expensive.
The technician / owner tried to accuse me of not providing him the correct information. However, for Main Locksmith Toronto knowing prices fluctuate depending on the vehicle make and model they should of confirmed the details so they can inform customer of a TRUE cost.
