We hired the Redwood team to renovate our backyard and are so happy we did so! The team was super helpful and made the entire process so easy for us. The team is super creative, which was a huge help with helping us design the backyard of our dreams. I will definitely be bringing these guys on for whatever next project I have.

I’m VP of construction for Alliance Home Scott Lippett and was contracted to complete this 5,000 sq ft Penthouse. The patio and decking portion of the project was contracted to Redwood General Contracting . This was the third project I used the on and the performance is always excellent.

Signed a contract to have small bathroom (7x7') redone. Nightmare. Literally 8 weeks later (supposed to take 3-4), he'd stopped showing up. Bad quality work and never finished - dozens of cracked tiles installed, toilet in wrong place, tiles already coming up off floor after literally 1 month, and the worst - in-floor heat he installed was done incorrectly, so we now have no heat in the bathroom. Wrote asking for the money he charged us to install in-floor heating back (will cost us literally double or triple to repair) and he can't be bothered to even write back. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

it was a big job that was done right and professional it's been done for a few years and looks as good as dy one cant wait to have them back for the next project thanks Redwood contracting

Johnny and his extended team(licensenced trades) were a great pleasure to work with. Project was a complete gut job right to the exterior wall and then a new build. For us Redwood General contracting was a one stop shop, with Jhonny handling the whole project. We worked in tandem to create the new space, with lots of our design dreams taken by Jhonny and executed, to better than what we expected. He inspires confidence and put us at ease on many occasions.

Jhonny and his team transformed our driveway from and old broken down paved driveway to an amazing interlocked work of art. His pricing was extremely competitive compared to other quotes we received and the work was completed on time as promised . The entire team was very helpful and patient to answer all the questions we had . It was a pleasure dealing with redwood contracting and I always recommend them to anyone that might require their services .

Jhonny and his team were fantastic and took my big project of a full gut and renovation of both main floor and basement of my bungalow and made it super manageable and a great experience. From ripping out the ceilings to the floors, and replacing everything in between he helped deal with hurdles in ways that made this big project seem simple and even fun.
Designing and choosing cost effective ways to make the project come alive were strong points that Jhonny and his team put together seamlessly. People have horror stories about their construction jobs but mine was actually great!
