They were very responsive coming out for the initial consult and they quoted and took deposit during the initial visit. This was important as the weather was turning bad and I wanted it done before winter. The door was ready in about the time predicted (no small feat these days) and the installers came on the day scheduled. Due to the age of the garage (80 years+) and the modification done to it to extend it forward, the installation was a real challenge. The team worked a full day and even came back the next to finish. They had to modify the structure and add some framing but got the job done. Very impressive, I feel like an other company would have just said "can't be done" and left. They even braced an old wooden shelf that was in the way of the new tracks and needed to be modified. I was amazed they didn't ask for a surcharge for the additional work.
