After 15 years it was time for a new roof. I reviewed several quotes from contractors and found Gamma Roofing to be very competitive. I requested that Frank use all Owens Corning roofing materials with the Duration shingles.

Frank also on my request reconfigured the roof vents and added a performance vent as well. This was a reconfiguration from all the vents on the same side of the roof (building code violation) to three on west side and three on east side. This was necessary after the last major wind storm had the air escaping only through the soffitt vents which caused enough back pressure it ripped two vents off the roof.

This is a large roof and Frank made sure he had a large enough crew to get this job completed and cleaned up by the end of the day. I highly recommend anyone looking for a replacement roof contact Frank.
