The inside pane of our window was broken by the kids playing. We were concerned about the safety of the kids and called Diamond Glass and a couple other companies. A technician was over the same day to measure and provided a free quote over the phone shortly after. Once they had our approval with an affordable price they got started right away. They were able to get the window replaced the next day as they make the windows in house. I was shocked at the turnaround and definitely recommend them.
