Fresh cleans my house every two weeks. They do an impeccable job. Very thorough and to my satisfaction. Highly recommend their services. You won’t be disappointed.

Stacy and another staff member came in to do a move out clean for a very particular customer (ME!). I could not have been more impressed with the state of the ovens, window sills, fridges, floors and walls. We had many other professionals and family working in the home at the same time and they were OUTSTANDING. Thank you!

We have difficult dogs, so I never got a cleaning company to come before because I worried how that would happen. Fresh Cleaning was referred to me by our Office Manager. So I decided to give it a shot. I spoke with Kim, the owner, quite a bit about the dogs and the best way to get a cleaner accustomed to them. We had the Meghan, the cleaner, come and do the first couple cleans on a weekend, so she could meet the dogs, while we were around. Once she was comfortable, Meghan was able to come whenever to clean the house and the dogs were very good with her. I appreciated the patience from both Kim and Meghan during the transition time. Our house always looked and smelled amazing on the days Meghan came and cleaned. It was super helpful to have a cleaner. We had a one year old and I went back to work and keeping up with housework was really hard for me. It was so awesome to have the extra help! Kim and Meghan were both always very quick to reply to any questions I had.

I contacted Fresh to do a full house clean before I had some family staying with us for a week. Honestly, the house has not been this clean since it was a showhome. I contacted Fresh Cleaning Service to do a move-in clean last week of a single detached home. We have a severe cat allergy and the previous owner had cats. Speaking to Kara, a 5-hour clean was recommended based on the size and state of the home. On the date of service, one cleaning lady was sent to clean the home. The date of service was 2 days prior to our move-in date.

When I came the following day to inspect the premises, there was still dust on the walls in the living room, none of the kitchen cabinets, drawers, or countertops had been cleaned (there was a dead fly still in the cupboard), the inside of the fridge and freezer shelves and debris in the drawers, the top of the fridge was dusty, the chair rails on the main level were dusty.

My credit card had already been charged for the clean when I contacted Vanessa regarding my concerns. Vanessa told me they could have the same cleaning lady come to finish the job, at the hourly rate the following week. In the meantime, we moved into a dirty home.

In turn, I was blamed for the incomplete clean because I followed their recommendation for a 5-hour cleaning limit.

Fresh Cleaning Service provided an unacceptable and substandard move-in clean. For any high stakes cleaning jobs, I would look elsewhere.
