Had a broken torsion spring, Cesar texted me same day after my inquiry on homestars. Replaced both torsion springs with Lynx Canadian made springs, and lubricated all the hinges so the door is now very quiet. Great service and cheaper than the other homestars quotes I got. 2 yr warranty for the springs and work. Highly recommend
