Ontario Paving did a great job on my parking lot. I met with Luca several times to thoroughly go over all the work details before the job was started. He was on site during the actual work, or would drop by frequently when his crew was working. The lot was cleared of the old asphalt and graded. We let it settle for about 4 months to ensure a solid base. Pavers were installed on the sides of the lot and it was paved to commercial standards, with an HL8 base followed by an HL3 top. The grading was tricky because the City had installed the adjacent laneway too high. Luca's crew poured water on the freshly laid asphalt and added more asphalt where needed to ensure proper runoff. There were no issues with the deposits or invoices and all amounts paid were properly recorded. The work looked professional and was done on time. In addition his price was very reasonable. I am happy with the work he did and would recommend him to others.
