We selected Tandem to do our front yard renovation based on other reviews on Homestars. It was a pretty big job, we were asking for the entire yard to be ripped up and replaced with hardscape and new plantings, across 2 levels, and the property is on a slope to boot.
From our first meeting with Maks we were confident that he was the right guy for the job, and he didn't disappoint. He was upfront with costs and timelines, and started on time. We happened to start just as the COVID isolation orders were being instituted, fortunately for us landscaping was exempt and Maks was insistent that he would complete the job so long as he could work and source materials - suffice to say our original timelines went out the window :-), but it got done with no major hiccups. The work was done as quickly and efficiently as possible, with minimal mess and without too much intrusion on the neighbours yard. During the job we had a few pivots, but Maks took the time to talk us through our options and make suggestions. He was also accommodating of the small changes that we asked for midway, which was great.
Overall we are very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Maks and Tandem for any landscaping projects. We plan to use them again for our backyard renovation later this year or early next year. Thanks a ton!
