A large branch came down and needed to be removed. I also wanted the tree assessed and any other dangerous branches removed. I received a referral to Trevor who responded fairly quickly to remove the branch, for $250, but has never followed up to complete the assessment and safety management of the tree as he repeatedly said he would do. Initially he responded to texts saying he would come in a few days or the following week. Now he does not respond at all. This is very disappointing, especially since he is an ISA certified Master Arborist and has the ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification, and he came highly recommended by a retired arborist as well as by a friend for whom he had done work several times.
