Brian can not be trusted. He dosent do what he tells u. I have had my house under construction for 1 year and still hasn't finished it. He finds meny excuses not to come. He called another company to lay my cement and the job is bad. We asked him to finish to put up our rails and a step and as of today hasn't come. We text him to be told that he's in the hospital and will call us when he's home it's been 2 weeks and still nothing. He has put me threw alot of stress l. So just as a home owner think before u get him to do a job for you he could be cheep but not a reliable person. Get some one that has a good contracting record and look them up before u pay plz don't be like us.
