My brother and I committed with Sunset soon after we met with them, we liked the way they presented their management process. They did all the design for our modern duplex. Soundproofing between the two sides was really important for us since we both have kids and we were worried about the running up and down the stairs and noise in general. They presented a few options and we are satisfied with the final results.
Sunset is doing a pretty good job as I can see on other projects as well, we are glad to see them striving, Pedro and his team deserve it. Thanks for your transparency along the way!
