The technician had to come twice (needed to order a part) and managed to resolve and repair the dishwasher in a timely and very friendly manner. Would highly recommend him and the company.

Service technician came to address our freezer issue and right away knew what the problem was. He was very friendly and respectful. Very efficient and I would not hesitate to call for assistance in the future.

My washer wouldn't go past the rinse cycle. Called Elite. The lady on the phone was super nice and helpful. They called me two days in advance of the actually appointment. They texted me that the tech was 20 min away. The man took his shoes off with out asking. Which was nice in my books. Working in a similar industry. Taking off shoes can be a hassle sometimes. He was very professional and fixed my machine. Thank you elite for the time. I would recommend this place if your in need of great customer service and professional work.
