I was referred to this company for the warranty of my fridge, they kept me informed about the process all the way via SMS, what ETA for the part was, when the technician was coming, etc. They provided a good service and I'm satisfied with the service.

When our brand new Electrolux washer started leaking all over our basement floor Electrolux sent Elite. We were very happy with Elite Appliance's customer service. They arrived on time and were very courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Elite! (Work Order # 424886).

Our barely 2 year old Bosch microwave suddenly stopped working and Elite Appliance was called to come take a look and fix the issue.

The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous and provided clear details on issues, took the microwave away for a few days and returned it in perfect working condition.

Excellent service and just a really refreshing bunch of technicians we interacted with!

Very experienced technician. Arrived before time and serviced my noisy Samsung dryer within an hour. Not just that the technician provided recommendations on how to keep Washer clean.

My washer and dryer stopped working. I paid for parts and labour and after 3 weeks, , no one calls me... I had been without a machine for 3 weeks, eventually had to get a new machine... and then when i call to cancel the service, not ony they weren't understanding, but they charged me 20% for apparently stocking fee ( nearly $$150). NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!! So in total ive lost about $300 and the issue hadn't been solved
Be careful they aren't interested in service, customer care but only milking money! So Un- Canadian!!!!!!!

The two gentlemen who arrived to diagnose and repair our Samsung fridge were on time, courteous, thorough, and were very mindful of cleanliness. Especially with wearing masks under current covid safety measures. It was very much appreciated.

I had a fellow from "Appliance Repair Experts" try to fix my stove. With his girlfriend watching TV in my home, he visited us 4 times, 3 different parts and 5 weeks later, nothing. Elite, came in, realized that the previous tech wired my stove incorrectly and went to work. Voila! Fixed. Great, professional, I'm very happy. Thanks guys!!
