Reg did replace the tension coils. As he mentioned, he came back the next day to replace the coils because he did not have the right size coils on the day he came to check the garage door. When I came home and checked the garage door, it was working perfectly fine.

Installed new operators, rails, rollers on my 18 year old doors (3). Reg is a great guy, total pro. Did everything he said he’d do in a timely professional manner

Our garage door just broke. After doing a bit of research, your company was the first one we called. Reg was able to book us in and meet us at our home for late afternoon appointment. What can we say about Reg . . . Everything great!. Knowledgable, reliable and honest. Based on his assessment of our garage issue, we fixes the problem with the door not opening and decided to have our non-working garage door replaced. Reg provided us with a number of options to choose from and did not try and upset us on anything.

Reginald was able to come and assess the situation the same day. Due to the age of the spring and the safety concern of a spring failure he advised a replacement spring. He was able to come the next working day and replaced the spring for a good price and provided exceptional service.
