Sunlift Garage Doors

My wife drove our car home, expecting the garage door to open as usual. It wouldn't open more than a few inches.
I went to the HomeStars site to look for a highly rated garage door service; was impressed with ratings /reviews for Aladdin. I phoned Aladdin, spoke with Reg. He was very helpful, had a good idea what the problem was. Said he was in our quadrant of the city, would come soon. He arrived within the hour! He confirmed the nature of the problem (broken torsion spring); explained that repair would involve converting to a different spring. He thoroughly answered all my questions, demonstrating his extensive related experience and knowledge. He quoted the cost and said he could do the repair the next day; we accepted his proposal.
We received confirmation of the repair appointment and cost via e-mail. Reg came at the appointed time, completed the repair in a very professional manner.
Aladdin's service left us 100% satisfied. Highly recommended.

Reg was able to respond on the same day we called to give us a quote on replacing the garage door opener and hardware. His quote was competitive. On install day he showed up on time and completed on time. He was very thorough and took the time to review the operation of the new system with us, as well as explain routine maintenance procedures.

Had Reg install a wall mount garage opener for us. We needed the extra space in the garage by removing the old conventional opener that was in the center of the room. Reg was great to work with. He was extremely considerate and made the installation painless. A few issues came up along the way but Rev is a great problem solver and great communicator. He fixed the springs and made sure everything was oiled and working properly. My call was answered and service was scheduled the very next day as he had an opening. The service was excellent and the company was very professional. Without hesitation I recommend Aladdin Garage Doors as I have now used them at the two different properties I have lived at the past four years. You won't be disappointed and they will exceed your expectations.
